Welcome — here's how to use the checklist

You made a decision most people won't. You got the tool. Now here's how to actually use it.

Step 1: Save it where you'll see it.

Screenshot the checklist. Pin it to your home screen. Bookmark it. Put it wherever your thumb goes first when you're stressed. Zero friction when you need it.

Step 2: Read it once when you're calm.

Don't wait until an urge hits to see it for the first time. Read through all 4 stages right now while your head is clear. Familiarize yourself so it feels automatic later.

Step 3: Use it the second you feel the spike.

Not 10 minutes in. Not after you've already started scrolling. The moment you feel that pressure building — open the checklist and start at Stage 1. Follow it mechanically.

Step 4: Come back and tell us what happened.

Drop a message in the Community chat after you use it. What worked. What was hard. What you'd change. Your feedback makes this better for everyone.

You're not here because you're broken. You're here because you're building something most guys never will — actual control over their worst moments.

Let's go.

The real reason you relapse isn't what you think

Most guys think they relapse because they lack willpower.

That's not it.

You relapse because stress hijacks your decision-making before you even realize what's happening. A bad conversation. A rejection text. Sitting alone at midnight with nothing to do and everything to feel.

By the time you "decide" to act out, the decision was already made 10 minutes ago — when your nervous system went into survival mode and your brain started looking for the fastest way to numb out.

This is why "just stay busy" and "think about your goals" never works in the moment. You're not making rational decisions during a stress spike. You're running on autopilot.

The fix isn't more willpower. It's having a pre-built response system — specific steps you follow mechanically the second you feel the pressure building. Something that doesn't require you to think, because thinking is compromised.

I built a checklist around this exact idea. Four stages:

  1. Catch the spike before it takes over (0-2 min)

  2. Break the spiral with physical pattern interrupts (2-10 min)

  3. Stabilize so the urge doesn't loop back (10-60 min)

  4. Protect the rest of the day with environment changes

It's one page. No ebook. No course. Just the steps, in order, for when it actually matters.
