Welcome to StoreMind — Here's How to Get Started

Welcome aboard. You just made a smart move for your retail operation.

Here's how to hit the ground running:

1. Join the Community Chat — Connect with other ops managers running StoreMind across their chains. Share playbooks, ask questions, get real answers.

2. Check the Updates Feed — This is where we drop new features, integration guides, and best practices.

3. Tell Us About Your Setup — Drop a message in chat with how many locations you're running, what your current support stack looks like, and your biggest CX pain point. We'll help you map out your rollout.

We're building this alongside you. Every feature request, bug report, and win you share makes the platform better for everyone.

Let's automate some customer service.

Why 70% of Retail Support Tickets Shouldn't Exist

I spent 3 years running customer support for a 200-location retail chain. Here's what I learned:

Most retail support tickets fall into the same 5 categories:

  • "What are your hours?" (store locator issue)

  • "Where's my order?" (tracking link buried in email)

  • "Can I return this?" (return policy not visible enough)

  • "Do you have X in stock?" (inventory not exposed to customers)

  • "I need to change my order" (no self-service option)

None of these require a human. Every single one has a deterministic answer that can be pulled from systems you already have — your POS, your OMS, your store database.

The problem isn't that customers have questions. The problem is that retail chains force customers to call or email for information that already exists in a database somewhere.

The math is brutal. Average support ticket costs $12-18 to resolve when a human handles it. At 200 locations generating ~50 tickets/day each, that's 10,000 tickets daily. Even if only 70% are automatable, you're looking at $84K-$126K/day in avoidable support costs.

That's why we built StoreMind. Not another chatbot that says "I'm sorry, let me transfer you to an agent." An AI system that actually connects to your retail stack and resolves tickets with real data.

If you're running operations for a mid-size chain and drowning in support volume, this is what we're solving.
