If you go live 4 nights a week, a 21-day commission slot is 12 streams with a dead chat.

Chatters spam the same 3 default emotes. New people don't remember the channel. Subs don't feel like they unlocked anything.

A pack that actually works on Twitch:

• PNG, transparent background

• 112 / 56 / 28 sizes

• Still reads at 28px. If it only looks good huge, it's dead in chat.

• Subscriber vs bits split so you aren't dumping everything into one tier

That's the bar I build to. If a designer can't hit it, skip the wait.
