Welcome to StrongAfter30 — Start Here

Welcome, king. You just made one of the best decisions of your life.

Here's how to get the most out of your membership:

1. Check the Protocols & Updates feed weekly — New exercise routines, diet plans, and lifestyle hacks drop every week. Each one targets testosterone, blood flow, and energy.

2. Jump into the Members Lounge — This is your brotherhood. Ask questions, share wins, hold each other accountable.

3. Start with the basics — Focus on compound lifts (squats, deadlifts, bench) and clean up your diet first. Advanced protocols come later.

4. Be consistent — Give it 30 days of following the program and you'll feel the difference.

Let's get to work. 💪

5 things I wish I knew about ED at 30

Most guys don't talk about this, so I will.

When I turned 32, I noticed things weren't working the way they used to. Energy was down. Drive was gone. Performance in the bedroom tanked. I thought it was just "getting older."

It wasn't. It was fixable. Here's what actually moved the needle:

1. Heavy compound lifts > cardio for testosterone. Squats, deadlifts, and rows spike your T levels more than any treadmill session. 3-4 days a week is all you need.

2. Sleep is non-negotiable. Under 7 hours and your testosterone drops by 15%. That's not a guess — that's from a University of Chicago study. Blackout curtains, no phone after 10pm, room at 65°F.

3. Seed cycling works (seriously). Pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds — rotating them through your month supports hormone balance. Sounds weird, but the research backs it up.

4. Zinc and magnesium are your best friends. Most men over 30 are deficient in both. These directly affect testosterone production and blood flow. Supplement or eat more oysters, spinach, and dark chocolate.

5. Stress is the silent killer. Cortisol and testosterone are inversely related. If you're chronically stressed, no amount of exercise will fix things. Breathwork, cold showers, and walking in nature aren't "soft" — they're essential.

I built StrongAfter30 because I lived this and figured it out the hard way. If you're a guy in your 30s-40s feeling the decline, there's a way back. No pills, no BS — just exercise, diet, and protocols that actually work.
