That is the whole grocery margin in India. Rice, atta, oil, ghee, tea: same story. Wholesale is quoted per quintal. You cook in kilos.

We buy the sack. We sell the kilo. You keep the difference instead of paying the shop to do it.

If you already cook daily, stop paying retail for the privilege of a smaller bag.
