Risk disclosure — read this before you join

SwingBot Trades publishes structured options alerts and market commentary. It is not financial advice.

Please read this before you start a trial or subscribe.

What this is

Educational trade ideas with a defined plan: entry, target, stop, and risk/reward. You decide whether to take a trade. You place every order at your own broker.

What this is not

We are not a registered investment adviser, broker, or money manager. We do not trade your account. We do not guarantee profits. An alert is not a recommendation that you personally should buy or sell anything.

Risk

Options trading involves substantial risk of loss. You can lose money — including all premium paid on an option — even if you follow an alert exactly. Past results, recaps, and sample setups do not predict future results. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

Your job

Know the instrument. Size the position yourself. Honor your own risk rules. If you need personalized advice, talk to a licensed professional.

The 3 reasons most options trades fail before they start

Most options traders lose money not because they pick the wrong stocks, but because they skip the boring stuff.

After years of trading options, I've seen the same three mistakes kill accounts over and over:

1. No entry criteria.

They see a stock moving and jump in. No watch level, no confirmation, just FOMO. By the time they enter, the move is already priced in and theta is eating them alive.

2. No exit plan.

"I'll figure it out when I'm in the trade." That's how you end up holding a -60% position hoping for a miracle instead of cutting at -15% and moving on.

3. No trade management.

They set an entry and a target and walk away. Markets don't care about your target. Conditions change, support breaks, volume dries up, the thesis shifts. If you're not actively managing the trade lifecycle, you're gambling.

That's exactly why I built SwingBot, an automated alert tool that walks you through the entire trade lifecycle on high-liquidity names. Clear entries, stops, targets, option ideas, and live updates until the trade is closed.

Not financial advice. Just structured, disciplined research for traders who want to stop guessing.
