Living with Type 1 Diabetes is already a full-time job.

Tracking your glucose, managing your insulin, planning your meals, staying on top of appointments - it never stops.

That's exactly why I built the T1D Navigator: a Notion template + guide designed specifically for T1D patients who want to finally feel in control of their diabetes management - without the chaos.

What's inside:

• A complete daily + weekly tracking system for glucose, insulin & meals

• An easy-to-use Notion dashboard (works on phone & desktop)

• The T1D Navigator e-book with practical tips for daily management

GET IT FREE - IN EXCHANGE FOR AN HONEST REVIEW

I'm looking for 5 T1D patients (or parents of T1D kids) who want to try the T1D Navigator completely free.

šŸ‘‰ DM me here on Whop to claim your free copy.

Once you've tried it, all I ask is a short honest review - even just 1-2 sentences is enough.

Spots are limited - once all 5 are taken, this offer is gone.

What's the hardest part of living with T1D that nobody talks about?

Not the injections. Not the carb counting.

The mental load.

The fact that it never switches off. Not at dinner. Not on holiday. Not at 3am.

Drop a 🩵 if you know exactly what this feels like.

I made this for my mum.

She's had Type 1 diabetes for years. When she was first diagnosed, there was nothing that covered the real side of it. Not the medical textbook stuff — the actual daily life. The mental load. What to eat at a restaurant. What to tell your boss. What to do at 3am when the alarm goes off and you're exhausted.

So I built it.

T1D Navigator is a Notion tracker and ebook for people with T1D and the people around them. $17. Instant access.

If that's you — it's here.

The hypo emergency plan most people don't have.

If someone around you has T1D, you should know three things:

What a hypo looks like. Shaking, sweating, confusion, pale skin, unusual behaviour.

What to do. 15 grams of fast carbs - juice, glucose tablets, regular fizzy drink. Not diet. Wait 15 minutes. Don't give food that needs chewing if they're very confused.

When to call 999 or 112. If they lose consciousness - call immediately. Don't try to give anything by mouth.

Most people who love someone with T1D have never been told this clearly.

The hypo emergency plan inside T1D Navigator is one page. Clear. Simple. Built to be shared with everyone in your life who might need it.

Screenshot this and send it to someone who should know.

Something I wish someone had explained earlier about T1D:

Your blood sugar isn't just affected by what you eat.

Stress raises it. Bad sleep raises it. Being sick raises it. Excitement raises it.

This is why two identical days can produce completely different numbers. It's not you doing something wrong. It's your body responding to everything around it.

Tracking sleep and stress alongside your blood sugar is the fastest way to start seeing why your numbers do what they do.

That's exactly what the Daily Log in T1D Navigator is built for.

3 things nobody tells you when you're first diagnosed with T1D:

1. The mental load is as hard as the physical side. Counting carbs, reading trends, correcting highs, preventing lows, it never fully switches off. That's not weakness. That's just what T1D asks of you every single day.

2. Your numbers will never be perfect. Not because you're doing it wrong, but because stress, sleep, hormones, and a hundred other things affect your blood sugar. Perfect control isn't the goal. Understanding your patterns is.

3. The people around you don't know what to say. Not because they don't care, because nobody taught them. The sentence that helps most: 'How are you doing with it lately?' And then actually listening.

If any of this resonates, my toolkit was built around exactly these three things.

I built this because it didn't exist.

My mum has had Type 1 diabetes for years. When I looked for something that covered the real side of T1D - not just the medical stuff, but the daily life, the mental load, the things you wish someone had told you at the start - I couldn't find it.

So I made it.

T1D Navigator is a Notion tracker and ebook bundle for people with T1D and the people around them. 60 seconds a day to fill in. Instant access. $17.

If you or someone you love is navigating T1D - this was made for you.
