FAQs — Everything You Need to Know Before Buying

What format are the guides in?

Each guide is delivered as a PDF, designed at A5 portrait so it reads cleanly on your phone, on a tablet, or printed at home. You'll download the files immediately after purchase. No app, no membership, no expiry — yours to keep.

---

What's the difference between the main guide and the companion workbook?

The main guide is the reading edition — the chapters, the frameworks, the things you read to understand. The companion workbook is where the work happens — checklists, trackers, prompts, and a commitment page designed to be printed and filled in with a pen. Together they're a complete system. Reading without doing rarely changes anything, which is why every guide comes with both.

---

Why $14? What do I actually get?

For $14 you get a 25–30 page reading guide and an 8–9 page companion workbook, both designed and written from scratch. Each guide takes weeks of work — researching the topic, writing in plain language, designing every page in a quiet editorial style, building the worksheets so they're actually usable. The price reflects that work. If you've ever bought a $99 productivity course you didn't finish, you know cheaper isn't always less wasteful.

---

Should I buy the bundle or just one guide?

If one specific guide solves your problem, buy that one. If both topics speak to you, the bundle saves you $9 and gives you the full Morning and Sleep system together, which are connected — better sleep makes mornings easier, and a real morning routine makes sleep more consistent.

---

Who is this for?

Adults who are busy, slightly overwhelmed, and want to change something specific in their daily life without overhauling everything at once. Not for people looking for one massive course. Not for people who want video content. Not for people without commitment — the guides give you a plan, but you have to actually do it.

---

Who are you?

I'm Minh Khoa, a college student building Effortless Everyday as the catalog of guides I needed first. Each guide is something I struggled with myself: how to actually wake up early, how to fix bad sleep, how to manage money on a small income. I'm not a doctor, sleep scientist, or productivity guru — I'm someone who reads a lot, gets the advice that helped me, and rewrites it as a small focused guide for people in the same spot.

---

Do you offer refunds?

I don't offer refunds on digital downloads, but I want you to be happy with what you buy. If a guide genuinely doesn't work for you, message me through Whop and I'll send you any other guide from the catalog free. The promise isn't "money back" — it's "you won't leave empty-handed."

---

Can I print the guides?

Yes. The guides are designed at A5 portrait so they print cleanly on standard home printers (two pages per A4 sheet) or at print shops. The companion workbook is specifically built to be printed and filled in by hand — the trackers, checklists, and prompts all have real fill-in lines.

---

Can I share my purchase with my partner or family?

The guides are for personal use, but I'd rather you actually use them than worry about strict rules. If you and your partner are going to use the 5 AM Blueprint together, that's the spirit of the thing. Just please don't post the files publicly or resell them — every sale funds the next guide in the series.

---

Is more coming? What's next?

Yes. Eight more guides are planned over the next few months, covering money, fitness, job hunting, freelancing, habits, and more. Each one solves a single daily struggle. Follow the store on Whop to be notified when new ones launch.

Welcome to Effortless Everyday.

Most self-help is loud. This isn't.

I'm a college student who got tired of buying productivity courses that promised to transform my life and instead just sat unwatched in my downloads folder. The advice was usually fine. The format was the problem. Nobody has six hours to watch a course about waking up earlier. People have ten minutes before bed.

So I started writing small guides for myself - one focused fix at a time, designed to be read on a phone or printed on paper, with companion workbooks for the part where you actually do the thing.

The first two are here. The 5 AM Blueprint, for mornings that don't feel like a fight. Sleep Reset, for waking up actually rested. Eight more guides are coming over the next few months.

If one of them sounds like your problem, start there.
