The study system I wish I had in high school

Most students study harder when they should be studying smarter.

Here's the problem: you sit down to study, open 14 tabs, check your phone, reread the same paragraph 3 times, and call it "2 hours of studying." Sound familiar?

The fix isn't more hours. It's a system.

What actually works:

1. Brain dump before you study. Write down everything you think you know about the topic. The gaps become obvious. Study those gaps — not the whole chapter.

2. Track your grades in real time. Most students have no idea what grade they need on the next test to hit their target GPA. A simple tracker changes that. You stop guessing and start making calculated moves.

3. Time-block your SAT prep. 20 minutes of focused practice beats 2 hours of unfocused review. Set a timer. Do one section. Review mistakes. Done.

4. Plan your week on Sunday night. 10 minutes of planning saves 5+ hours of "what should I be doing right now?" during the week.

I built AceBoard because I got tired of seeing smart students underperform because they didn't have a system. It's a set of Notion templates — GPA tracker, study planner, SAT prep dashboard, college app organizer — designed specifically for high schoolers.

Whether you use my templates or build your own, get a system. Your brain is good enough. Your organization just needs to catch up.
