The 3 reasons your physique hasn't changed in years
I've trained enough people to see the same pattern repeat itself.
Most men who've been training for 2+ years and still don't look the part are making the same three mistakes:
1. Programme hopping
Switching routines every 4 weeks because you saw something online. Progressive overload needs consistency. Pick a structure. Run it for 12 weeks minimum. Track everything.
2. Training intensity without intention
Going heavy doesn't mean going effectively. If you can't feel the muscle working through the full range, the weight is a liability, not a tool. Drop the ego. Own every rep.
3. No accountability structure
The gym is optional when no one's watching. That's the real problem โ not your genetics, not your metabolism. It's that no one is holding you to the standard you set for yourself.
This is exactly why I built Body Architecture โ private, mobile 1-1 training delivered to your door. No gym required. No excuses available.
