How the 14 days run:

• Day 2: draft your first board in about 20 minutes with the AI Takt Planning Assistant
• Days 3 to 12: rebuild every zone, wagon, and buffer by hand, so you own the math
• Day 13: prove the plan against your contract dates
• Day 14: sell it to the room

One honest prerequisite: the AI Takt Planning Assistant needs a paid Claude plan with the desktop app. Without one, the included 9-prompt kit walks the same path in any AI chat, and both paths are treated as equals in every lesson. Nobody has to buy software to finish this course.
