How the 90 Days Are Structured
The program is divided into 3 progressive phases, each lasting 30 days, with daily pages that layer skills intentionally.
PHASE 1: FOUNDATIONS (Days 1–30) Learn how Pilates works before pushing your body
Goal: Build a strong mind–body connection, learn correct form, and activate the right muscles.
PHASE 2: STRENGTH & CONTROL (Days 31–60) Turn technique into strength and confidence
Goal: Increase strength, balance, endurance, and fluidity while maintaining perfect form.
