The 3-step framework I use to go from idea to shipped product in 7 days

Most people sit on ideas for months. They overthink the tech stack, the branding, the "perfect" launch. Meanwhile, someone else ships the same idea in a week and wins.

Here's the framework I use to go from zero to live product in 7 days:

Day 1-2: Validate ruthlessly

Don't build yet. Find 5 real people who have the problem you're solving. DM them. If they don't care enough to respond, the idea isn't worth building.

Day 3-5: Build the ugly version

Pick the simplest stack you know. No custom auth, no fancy UI. Just the core thing that solves the problem. If it takes more than 3 days to build v1, you're overcomplicating it.

Day 6-7: Ship and get feedback

Put it in front of those 5 people. Watch them use it. The feedback from real users in 10 minutes is worth more than 10 weeks of planning.

The biggest mistake young builders make? Treating their first project like it needs to be perfect. It doesn't. It needs to exist.

I'm documenting my entire build process — every idea, every failure, every shipped product — inside The Build Lab. If you want to actually build things instead of just talking about it, come through.

Most 16-20 year olds are consuming. We're building.

I realized something: the gap between "I have a startup idea" and "I actually built something" is massive. And nobody teaches you how to cross it.

So I started The Build Lab — a community where we actually build tech/AI products from scratch together. Not courses. Not motivation. Real building.

Right now I'm documenting my own process of going from brainstorming ideas (like voice-to-text AI tools) to prototyping and eventually shipping. Every step, every failure, every win — all public.

What we're doing:

  • Brainstorming real problems that affect real people

  • Building prototypes together (AI, software, tools)

  • Documenting the entire journey so others can learn

  • Eventually forming a team to scale the best ideas

If you're young, ambitious, and tired of waiting until you're "ready" — you're not going to be more ready than right now.

Join The Build Lab. It's free. Let's build something that matters.
