☀️ WE CAME IN WITH A CLEAN MIND THIS MORNING ☀️

New day, fresh mindset. We came in this morning trusting our gut and following our intuition, and all three of us were in the zone from the open. 🙏

Here's how the morning went:

✅ Brandon: short on MGC, then a long on MES about 30 minutes later. Two trades, two wins.

✅ Fraser: took a small loss on his first NQ trade, then came right back with a 5.66R long. Finished the day +4.66R.

✅ Rachael: took that same small loss on NQ, but then caught the long on ES with me and finished green.

Everybody in the green. 📈

Two small losses, zero panic. Fraser and Rachael reset, waited for the next clean setup, and let it pay them back. That's what trading with a plan looks like.

Something I truly believe: every big blessing in my life has come on the other side of a test. Days like today don't happen without the hard days before them. ⚡ **"PRE-FOMC IS TRASH." "FOMC IS GAMBLING." .... WELL, WE CAUGHT 120 POINTS ANYWAY.** ⚡

That is what the rest of this industry told you this morning. Don't trade the release, it's a coin flip, see you tomorrow.

Here is what we did instead.

🥇 **BEFORE THE BELL**

I called a trade soon after the COMEX gold open. Banger. **Full TP, and my day closed green** before most traders had decided whether today was even worth showing up for.

🧠 **NEW YORK AM — WE BUILT SOMETHING INSTEAD OF WAITING**

There was nothing amazing on offer in the morning session, so we did something better with the time. Instead of avoiding FOMC like everyone else, we sat down and actually studied it — live, on stream. We back tested basically this whole year of them and built a plan on exactly what we expected price to do and exactly what we would do about it.

That plan was written in front of the room, hours before the release.

⚡ **POST-FOMC STREAM — THE PLAN GOT DEPLOYED**

We came back after the announcement and ran a second stream, and **FRASER deployed the exact plan on MNQ.** No chasing, no FOMO, no improvising in the chaos. The same plan we formulated hours earlier in AM, executed as written.

**120 points.** Absolute bag.

Best part: **it did exactly what we predicted** — a plan built live, in front of everybody, hours before the release. It was also the first FOMC FRASER has ever traded in his life.

🧘 **AND HERE IS THE PART NOBODY ELSE WILL POST**

I didn't take it.

I am only trading **MGC** right now. That is my rule. So I watched our own plan play out on a ticker I have taken off my list, and I did not click. No FOMO, no "just this once."

Read that again, because it is the whole business in one afternoon. **One mentor executed a brand-new plan for a banger. The other skipped a winner that wasn't his to take** — and I can't complain, my day still ends green off the gold trade.

Both of those are the job. Most rooms can only ever show you the first one.

Different mentors, different strengths, one room. Nobody here pretends to trade everything, so on any given day one of us is pressing and another is sitting still — and you watch both at the same time, side by side, and work out which trader you actually are.

🥇 16 POINTS ON MGC — AFTER SITTING NINETY MINUTES IN THE RED

I want to close the week with this one, because the trade itself isn't the interesting part.

We took a short on MGC today. The setup was A+ — the reasons were stacked at one price and we took it. Then it went against us. For about an hour and a half it looked wrong, and anyone watching would have been forgiven for thinking it was a loser.

We didn't move the stop. We didn't cut it to make the discomfort stop. We let the model finish.

Full take profit. 16 points.

Here is the part we actually want you to take.

Finding the entry is the easy half. Anyone can learn to spot a setup with enough screen time. The hard half is the ninety minutes in the middle, when the trade is red and every instinct you have is telling you to do something about it.

That is where most traders lose their accounts. Not on bad entries — on good entries they abandoned. The trade was already right. They just weren't there for the end of it.

Let me be straight with you, because I am not going to sit here and pretend this was a flawless week.

We took losses. Real ones. On screen, in front of all of you, while you watched. And then we managed them, sized them correctly, and kept trading the plan. That is the entire reason I am green.

Winning more than we lose. That is the whole business. Not perfection.

Meanwhile go look around at what everyone else has been posting this week. Getting chopped up. Getting manipulated. Guessing. We were in here clicking, calling it before it happened and managing the trade out loud.
