Really loving how quick and easy it is to feel better every day. It seems a little out there that you can feel more relaxed in only 15 minutes a day but its been working for me even when I was skeptical at first. This is all new to me but its actually helping and I feel more connected to myself.
This program has been really great. It took me a couple times to get used to using this app as it is new to me, but now it's easy and more enjoyable.
Im loving the expanded self pace stuff for those not wanting to go into the trauma work but still want to live a healthier life. Ive really noticed im more calm and when I miss my time that day.
I have been enjoying as a new person to all of this, it's pretty easy and quick daily. I wanted something I could fit into my busy schedule
