The $47 mistake that would've saved me 6 months
I spent the first 6 months of running my business rebuilding the same three systems over and over — a content tracker in one tool, an offer sheet in another, a "CRM" that was really just a messy spreadsheet I never opened.
Every time I rebuilt one, I lost momentum for a week. Multiply that by every quarter I decided to "get organized," and that's a lot of dead time that should've gone into actually making offers and posting content.
The fix wasn't a better app. It was picking one system, setting it up once, and never touching the structure again — just the content inside it.
That's the whole thesis behind what I built. If you're mid-rebuild right now, stop. Pick a system, set it up once, move on to the parts of the business that actually make money.
