5 hacks that saved me 10+ hours this week

Most people waste hours on things that could take minutes. Here are 5 shortcuts I used this week that saved me over 10 hours:

1. The 2-Minute Rule

If something takes less than 2 minutes, do it immediately. Stop adding tiny tasks to your to-do list. They pile up and create mental drag.

2. Batch your emails

Check email at 9am, 1pm, and 5pm. That's it. Every time you check email outside those windows, you lose 23 minutes of focus (Microsoft study).

3. Use the Eisenhower Matrix for your side hustle

Before you start working, categorize tasks: Urgent + Important → Do now. Important but not urgent → Schedule. Urgent but not important → Delegate. Neither → Delete.

4. Automate your savings

Set up an auto-transfer on payday. Even $20/week = $1,040/year. Your future self will thank you.

5. The Sunday Reset

Spend 30 minutes every Sunday planning your week. Meal prep, schedule blocks for deep work, and pre-decide your top 3 priorities for Monday.

These aren't revolutionary — they're just things most people know but don't do. Start with one this week.

I share hacks like these daily inside The Daily Edge. One tip a day, zero fluff. 🔥
