4. No recurring revenue. Monthly maintenance plans are the cheat code. Lock customers into $99-149/mo plans and you've got predictable income instead of feast-or-famine.

5. Working alone. The detailers making $10K+/mo are in communities sharing leads, pricing intel, and technique breakdowns. You can't scale in isolation.
