The problem isn't that you don't know what to do

You already know you should go to the gym. Fix your sleep. Start that project. Stop doom-scrolling at 1am.

The problem is you've watched 200 videos about discipline and still haven't done a single pushup today.

I call it the Knowledge-Action Gap. You're not lazy — you're over-stimulated and under-focused. You've consumed so much "how to fix your life" content that the advice itself has become the procrastination.

Here's what actually helped me (someone with ADHD who has the same problem):

1. Stop optimizing, start defaulting. Pick one morning routine and do it for 30 days. Don't research a better one. The "best" system is the one you actually use.

2. Shrink the action. "Go to the gym" is too big. "Put on gym shoes" is the real task. Once the shoes are on, momentum handles the rest.

3. Get around people who are also trying. Not people who've already won. Not gurus. Peers. People who missed their workout yesterday and are trying again today.

That's why I built The Draft Lounge — a $12/mo space where nobody has it figured out, and that's the whole point.

No lectures. No content schedules. Just a group chat, weekly check-ins, and a monthly livestream where I say the things I wouldn't say to 10,000 strangers.

If that sounds like your speed, pull up a chair.
