Nobody buys your first offer because of your offer
They don't buy it because it's confusing. Not the price, not the niche, not the market — confusing.
I've watched a dozen solo operators try to launch a first paid thing and stall in the same spot: they can't say what it is in one sentence. "It's kind of a coaching thing but also templates and maybe a community." That sentence doesn't sell. Nobody forwards it to a friend. Nobody remembers it five minutes later.
The fix that actually works: pick ONE buyer, ONE problem, ONE format. Not "entrepreneurs" — "solo operators who've never charged for anything before." Not "business help" — "how to write an offer people say yes to in one conversation." Not "course + community + calls" — pick the one that gets the problem solved fastest and ship only that.
Every time I've seen someone narrow this hard, the offer got easier to sell, not harder. Specificity isn't a constraint on your first launch — it's the only lever you have before you've got proof, reviews, or a track record.
If you're stuck deciding what to sell first, don't add more. Cut until it's one sentence a stranger could repeat back to you.
