The 3 habits that changed everything for me
I spent years spinning my wheels — inconsistent in the gym, unfocused at work, no real direction. Here's what actually moved the needle:
1. Train first thing in the morning. Not because 5am is magic. Because when you conquer something hard before the world wakes up, your standards for the rest of the day go up. You stop negotiating with yourself.
2. Cut the noise. I unfollowed everyone who made me feel like I was behind. Replaced it with books, podcasts from people who've actually built something, and conversations with guys on the same path.
3. Track everything for 30 days. Workouts, meals, sleep, screen time. You can't fix what you can't see. After one month of data, the answers become obvious.
None of this is complicated. But most guys never stack all three at once. When you do, the compound effect hits different.
That's what The Growth Club is built around — stacking the fundamentals until they become automatic. If you're serious about levelling up, this is where it happens.
