The 3 habits that got me out of my 'stuck' phase
I spent two years feeling like I was running on a treadmill — working hard, but going nowhere. Same routine, same results, same frustration.
Here's what actually moved the needle:
1. I stopped consuming and started executing. I had 47 saved posts, 12 half-read books, and zero results. I picked ONE framework and committed to it for 90 days. That single decision created more progress than 2 years of "learning."
2. I built an environment that made quitting harder than continuing. I told 3 people my exact goals and gave them permission to call me out. Accountability isn't comfortable — that's the point.
3. I designed my mornings before life designed them for me. The first 90 minutes of your day set the trajectory for the other 14. I stopped checking my phone and started checking in with myself.
None of this is groundbreaking. But doing all three consistently? That's what separates the stuck from the unstoppable.
If this resonates, The Growth Lab is where I teach the full system. Weekly coaching, actionable frameworks, and a community of people who actually execute.
