Why most fat-loss meal plans fail at the grocery store
A meal plan without a grocery list is just a mood board.
I see it every week. Someone screenshots "foods that help you lose weight without starving," feels motivated for about 12 hours, then stands in the produce aisle with no idea what to buy. By Thursday they're back to whatever's already in the fridge.
The fix is boring and it works:
Write the 7 days first. Not 30. Seven.
Attach a grocery list to those exact meals. If it isn't on the list, it isn't in the cart.
Keep a protein tracker on the fridge. Eggs, cottage cheese, tuna — pick a number and hit it daily.
Put a waste-saver card on the freezer door so leftovers actually get eaten.
That's the whole system. Short, printable, no fluff.
If you want it already built — meal plan, grocery list, protein tracker, skin/hair protocol, kitchen waste cards — it's in the Vault.
