If I had to start over from $0, here's exactly what I'd do

I get asked this a lot so here's my honest answer.

If I lost everything tomorrow and had to rebuild from zero, here's the exact order I'd do things:

Week 1: Pick one problem and one audience

No trying to serve everyone. I'd find one specific type of person with one painful problem and build everything around solving that. The riches are in the niches and that's not just a saying.

Week 2: Build a simple offer and start conversations

No website. No logo. Just a clear offer and 50 real conversations with potential customers. DMs, comments, communities. Wherever my people hang out, I'm showing up.

Week 3: Deliver and document everything

Take on 2 or 3 clients at whatever price gets them in the door. Deliver real results. But here's the important part... document EVERYTHING. Every process. Every template. Every email. This is what becomes your system later.

Week 4: Systemize and scale

Take all that documentation and turn it into SOPs, templates, and automated workflows using AI. Now you're not starting from scratch with every new client. You've got a repeatable machine.

Most people spend months on logos, websites, and "getting ready." The fastest path to money is solving a real problem, proving you can deliver, and then building systems around what already works.

That's the exact playbook inside The Founder's Vault. Real systems built for founders who want to move fast, not theory.

AI won't replace founders. But founders using AI will replace you.

I hear two camps when it comes to AI.

Camp 1: "AI is taking over everything, we're all done for."

Camp 2: "AI is overhyped, I'm just going to keep doing things my way."

Both are wrong.

The reality is simple. AI is a tool. Like any tool, it's only as useful as the person behind it. A lazy prompt gives you generic garbage. A proper system built around AI gives you a competitive edge that's hard to match.

Here's where I use AI in my business every single day:

Content - not to write for me, but to structure my ideas faster and repurpose them across platforms without starting from scratch each time

Lead qualification - AI powered forms and funnels that filter out time wasters before they ever get to me

Client delivery - automated reports, check-ins, and resource generation that would take me hours to do by hand

Research - market analysis, competitor tracking, and trend spotting in minutes instead of days

The founders who learn to work WITH AI right now are going to be untouchable in 12 months. The ones who ignore it are going to be playing catch up.

I've packaged my entire AI workflow inside The Founder's Vault. Prompts, automations, templates. The exact system I use daily.

The onboarding problem that's quietly killing your margins

Quick test.

When a new client signs up, what happens next?

If the answer involves you manually sending a welcome email, scheduling a kickoff call, setting up their workspace, and walking them through your process from scratch every single time... we need to talk.

Every hour you spend onboarding is an hour you're not spending on growth. And the worst part? Bad onboarding creates confused clients who don't get results, which leads to refund requests and bad reviews.

Here's what proper onboarding looks like:

An automated welcome sequence that sets expectations and gives them everything they need before you ever get on a call with them.

A client hub where they can access resources, track their progress, and communicate with you without 50 email threads going back and forth.

Clear milestones so they always know exactly where they are in the process and what's coming next.

This one change alone can save you 5+ hours a week and your clients will actually get better results because of it.

The full onboarding automation framework is inside The Founder's Vault. Plug it in and stop repeating yourself every time someone new comes through the door.

How I create a full week of content in under 2 hours

I used to spend hours every day trying to figure out what to post. Some days I'd just stare at the screen and post nothing. Sound familiar?

Here's the system I use now:

Step 1: Brain dump

I spend 20 minutes writing down every question my clients asked me that week. Every objection. Every win they had. That's my content right there.

Step 2: Pick a format

Each idea gets turned into one of three things: a lesson, a story, or a hot take. I use AI to help me structure it faster but the ideas and opinions are always mine.

Step 3: Repurpose everything

One long post becomes a thread, a short video script, a carousel, and an email. Same core idea, five pieces of content. Work smarter.

Step 4: Schedule and move on

Everything gets queued up. I don't think about content again until the following week.

I actually have a content calendar template inside The Founder's Vault that lays out this entire workflow for you. Plug in your ideas, follow the system, and you'll never run out of things to post again.

The full content engine framework with AI prompts and repurposing templates is in there too if you want to steal it.

You don't need more clients. You need better systems.

Most founders I talk to think the answer to making more money is getting more clients.

It's not.

If your delivery is a mess, more clients just means more mess. I've seen founders doing $15K/mo who are more burnt out than people doing $5K because they scaled the wrong thing.

Before you go chasing new leads, ask yourself these three questions:

1. Can someone else deliver 80% of what I do?

If the answer is no, you don't have a business. You have a job with extra steps. You need to document your process and templatize what you can.

2. Is your onboarding on autopilot?

Every new client should go through the same structured flow. No more back and forth emails figuring out what they need. Build it once. Let it run.

3. Are you tracking real numbers or just vibes?

If you can't tell me your retention rate or average client lifetime value right now, you're guessing. And guessing doesn't scale.

Fix these three things and you'll make more from the clients you already have. Then go get more.

I broke down how to build each of these systems step by step inside The Founder's Vault. Templates, SOPs, everything ready to plug in.

The 3 systems every $10K/mo founder needs to hit $50K

Most founders plateau between $10K-$20K/mo because they're still doing everything manually. They've got the skills. They've got the customers. But they're trading time for money at a higher rate.

Here's what actually moves the needle:

1. An automated lead capture system

Stop relying on "hope marketing." Build a system that captures leads 24/7 — even when you're sleeping. The best founders I work with have AI-assisted funnels that qualify prospects before they ever get on a call.

2. A repeatable delivery framework

If you're customizing everything from scratch for each client, you'll never scale. Template your delivery. Create SOPs. Use AI to handle the 80% that's repetitive so you can focus on the 20% that's high-value.

3. A content engine that compounds

One piece of content → repurposed across 5 platforms → builds authority → drives organic leads. Most founders post randomly. The ones scaling fast have a system.

I've packaged all three of these (with templates, SOPs, and plug-and-play frameworks) inside The Founder's Vault. It's everything I've used to help founders automate and scale.

If you're doing $5K-$50K/mo and want to stop being the bottleneck in your own business — this is for you.
