šŸ‹ļø "I Don't Have Time for the Gym" — Here's Why That's a Lie

You've said it. I've said it. We've all said it.

"I just don't have time to work out."

But here's the truth: you have the same 168 hours per week as everyone else. A solid gym session takes 45-60 minutes. That's less than 0.5% of your week.

The problem isn't time. It's structure.

---

The real reason you skip the gym

Most people fail because they treat the gym like something they'll "fit in" when they have free time. Spoiler: you never have free time. It gets eaten by scrolling, Netflix, or "just one more episode."

The fix? You schedule it like a meeting you can't cancel.

Here's a quick look at what a realistic training split looks like:

Days/Week

Split

Who It's For

3 days

Full Body

Beginners or busy schedules

4 days

Upper/Lower

Intermediate, balanced life

5 days

Push/Pull/Legs

Serious about gains

Most people think they need 5-6 days. You don't. 3 days done consistently beats 6 days done for 2 weeks then quitting.

---

The meal plan problem

The other killer? Food.

You crush a workout, then come home and eat garbage because you didn't plan ahead. Sound familiar?

Here's what a proper day of eating looks like when you're training:

Breakfast: Greek yogurt + oats + banana + honey → ~35g protein

Lunch: Chicken breast + rice + roasted vegetables → ~45g protein

And then... dinner, snacks, 3 cheat protein treats that taste like dessert but actually fuel your gains (protein pancakes, cookie dough bites, fudgy brownies — yes, really).

But I'm not going to give you the full recipes here šŸ˜

---

Want the full playbook?

Inside the šŸ‹ļø Fitness & Health guides, I break down:

āœ… Exactly how to time-block your week so the gym becomes non-negotiable

āœ… The best training windows based on YOUR schedule (not some influencer's)

āœ… A complete 2-week meal plan with every meal, every macro, every day

āœ… 3 protein treat recipes that don't taste like cardboard

āœ… A full grocery list so you just shop and go

No fluff. No "just be disciplined bro." Actual systems that work.

The full guides are waiting inside — grab them and stop guessing. šŸ’Ŗ

The 50/30/20 Rule Is Broken — Here's What Actually Works for Gen Z

Every finance guru tells you the same thing: 50% needs, 30% wants, 20% savings.

Cool in theory. Useless when rent takes 60% of your paycheck and you're eating instant noodles on day 22.

Here's what I've learned actually works when you're 18-25 and don't have a six-figure salary:

1. Track for 7 days before changing anything. Most people have no idea where their money goes. Don't budget blind — screenshot every transaction for a week. The patterns will shock you.

2. Kill subscriptions you forgot existed. The average young adult pays for 4-6 subscriptions they barely use. That's €30-80/month back in your pocket overnight.

3. Use the "24-hour rule" for anything over €20. Want it? Cool. Wait 24 hours. If you still want it tomorrow, buy it. You'll skip about 70% of impulse purchases this way.

4. Automate savings on payday, not at the end of the month. If you wait to save "what's left," there's never anything left. Move €50-200 to savings the second you get paid.

These four things alone can save you €200-500/month without feeling like you're suffering.

I've put together a full collection of practical guides covering budgeting, saving, side income, and more — all written for people who are actually starting from scratch.

No fluff. No "just make more money" advice. Just stuff that works.
