Most guys get the same advice after a breakup: "hit the gym," "focus on yourself," "just move on."

And yeah — all of that helps eventually. But none of it addresses the thing that actually hurts the most:

You lost the one person you could talk to.

Not about sports or work. About the real stuff. The fears, the doubts, the 3am thoughts you can't shake. Most men don't have that person outside of a relationship. And when the relationship ends, that outlet disappears overnight.

That's why I built The Listening Room. It's a private space for men going through breakups and divorce where you can talk — and actually be heard. No therapy jargon. No toxic positivity. Just a real human who listens without an agenda.

Because sometimes the first step to getting through it isn't "moving on." It's just being honest about where you are.
