Been tracking game drops and deals for a while now, and here's the pattern nobody talks about:

By the time a "free game" post hits your main social feed, it's usually already 12-24 hours old. Algorithms surface stuff based on engagement, not timing — so the posts that blow up are old news by the time they reach you. Meanwhile the actual free window (Epic weeklies, PS Plus swaps, Prime Gaming claims) already closed or is about to.

The fix isn't "follow more accounts." It's cutting out the algorithm layer entirely and going straight to a chronological feed built just for this.
