Don’t wait until you’re perfect to start.

Most people don’t fail because they lack ability — they fail because they wait too long for the “right time.”

The truth is, life changes when you choose to move, even slowly.

One small step today is worth more than a thousand excuses yesterday.

Being tired is normal.

Falling is part of the process.

What’s dangerous is choosing to quit.

Keep going.

Because the stronger version of you is being built through every struggle you’re facing right now.

Not everyone will understand your journey — and that’s okay.

What matters is that you never stop believing in yourself.

Keep pushing.

Slow progress is still progress. 🔥

The 3-Step Product Validation Framework That Saved Me $10K in Bad Inventory

Most dropshippers lose money on their first 5-10 products. I did too — until I built a simple framework.

Step 1: Demand Signal Check

Before touching a supplier, I check three things:

  • Google Trends (is the category growing or dying?)

  • TikTok search volume (how many views does the product category get?)

  • Amazon review velocity (are competing listings getting 50+ reviews/month?)

If all three check out, the demand exists. If only one does, I pass.

Step 2: The Margin Gate

I won't touch a product unless I can hit 3x COGS at retail. That gives enough room for:

  • 30% ad spend

  • 15% platform/processing fees

  • 15% margin after returns

If you're running at 2x, you're one bad ad week from negative.

Step 3: The "Would I Buy This?" Test

This sounds basic but it eliminates 80% of products. Show the product page to 5 people who fit the target demo. If 3+ say "I'd actually buy this," you proceed. If they hesitate — kill it.

This framework isn't groundbreaking. But it's saved me from launching dozens of products that would have flopped.

I break down plays like this every week inside The Playbook. If you're serious about building a real e-commerce business and not just chasing trending products — this is where I share everything I'm learning.
