The 5 Biggest Mistakes Guys Make When Trying to Glow Up

Been helping guys level up for a while now. Here are the 5 things I see over and over that hold men back from actually looking and feeling better:

1. Skipping skincare because "it's not masculine"

Your skin is the first thing people see. A basic cleanser + moisturizer + SPF takes 3 minutes. There's nothing more masculine than taking care of yourself.

2. Copying influencer wardrobes instead of building basics

You don't need a $500 haul. You need 10-15 pieces that actually fit. Dark jeans, clean sneakers, well-fitting tees, a solid jacket. That's it.

3. Going to the gym without a plan

"Chest and arms every day" isn't a program. Progressive overload, compound lifts, proper rest — that's what changes your body.

4. Ignoring grooming details

Nails, eyebrows, teeth, posture. These are the things that separate "he looks put together" from "he just goes to the gym." The details compound.

5. Waiting until they "feel ready"

There's no perfect time. The glow up starts the day you decide it does. Start ugly. Start messy. Just start.

If any of these hit home, I put together a complete blueprint covering skincare, fitness, fashion, grooming, and confidence — built specifically for guys 18-25 who are done waiting.
