The 5 pieces every woman needs this spring (and how to style them)
Spring 2026 is shaping up to be one of the most exciting seasons in years. The runways told us everything we need to know — here's my edit of the 5 pieces that are about to be everywhere:
1. The oversized linen blazer. Not fitted. Not cropped. Think relaxed, slightly slouchy, and in a warm sand or oat tone. Throw it over a slip dress or with wide-leg trousers and a tank.
2. A sheer knit top. Layering is the whole game this season. A sheer knit over a bralette or fitted tank gives you that effortless "I didn't try but I look incredible" energy.
3. Ballet flats (still). They're not going anywhere. The key this spring: go for a pointed toe in a deeper color — burgundy, forest green, or chocolate.
4. The midi skirt, reimagined. Satin, bias-cut, in muted florals or solid metallics. Pair it with a simple white tee and the blazer from #1.
5. Statement earrings. One piece that changes the entire outfit. Gold sculptural hoops or oversized resin drops — pick one and let it do the talking.
That's the starting lineup. I break these down every week with full outfit formulas and budget-friendly alternatives inside The Runway Edit.
