The 3-Point Fridge Opening Check (Free Preview)
Most adults open their fridge 15-20 times a day. And most of them are doing it wrong.
Jammed fingers. Spilled containers. Awkward pulls that strain your wrist. Sound familiar?
Here's a free preview of the method inside The Safe Fridge Routine Master Plan — the 3-Point Fridge Opening Check:
---
Before every fridge open, confirm three things:
1. Grip Position
Place your dominant hand on the handle at mid-height. Wrap all four fingers around it — no pinching, no fingertip pulls. Your thumb should rest on top, not squeeze from the side.
2. Stance & Distance
Stand one arm's length from the door. Feet shoulder-width apart. If you're reaching forward or leaning in, you're too close — and you'll lose control of the swing.
3. Pull Path
Look at what's directly behind the door's arc. A chair leg, a kid, a grocery bag on the floor — any of these turns a clean open into a collision. Clear the path before you pull.
---
That's it. Three checks. Takes 2 seconds. Eliminates 90% of common fridge-opening injuries and spills.
