You don't have a traffic problem

If you built a product and nobody is buying, the instinct is to post more.


More content. Better landing page. Another feature.


That is almost never the issue.


First-time founders usually have three things missing:


1. A buyer you can name.

Not "entrepreneurs." One person. What they already tried. What they are afraid of.


2. An offer, not a product.

A product is what you made. An offer is who it's for, what they get, what it costs, and how they start. If you cannot say that in four sentences, you are not selling yet.


3. Conversations.

Ten real talks this week beat a month of posting. Ask people how they get customers today. Write down their words. Those words are your copy.


If you cannot name ten people to talk to, that is the assignment. Not another build sprint.
