New to strength training and not sure where to start safely? This guide is for adults in their 50s who want two short home workouts a week, 16 sessions over 8 weeks.
It opens with Workout 1, written out: a 5-minute warm-up, six movements in a fixed order (sit-to-stand, wall push-up, row, hip hinge, supported step-up and carry), 1 set of 8 slow reps each, 60 to 90 seconds of rest, and a 3-minute chair-supported balance practice. About 25 minutes in all. A week-by-week line tells you the reps for weeks 1-2, 3-4, 5-6 and 7-8.
Each movement has a starting version, easier and harder versions, and plain cues. A three-word effort scale (easy, manageable, too hard) shows how hard a set should feel, and a progress / hold / scale-back table tells you when to change one thing.
Included: the eBook plus three printable tools: an 8-week session calendar to fill in, Movement Cue Cards and a Workout Log.
Safety first: check with your doctor before starting, especially with heart conditions, recent surgery, joint replacements or osteoporosis. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or chest pain. No medical claims and no promises about weight loss or aging.
7-day full refund if it isn’t useful to you.
