The Onboarding document is not a welcome pack. It is an initiation. It tells you exactly what this programme is, what it is not, what Mitchell expects from you, and what you can expect in return. It sets the standard before the work begins so there is no ambiguity, no guesswork, and no wasted weeks finding your footing.

Most coaching programmes fail in the first two weeks because the client does not understand the system they have entered or the relationship they are now in. This document closes that gap on day one.
