How I Stay Informed in 10 Minutes a Week (Without Doomscrolling)

Most people either doomscroll for hours or completely tune out the news. Both are bad for business.

Here's the system I use to stay sharp in under 10 minutes a week:

1. Filter ruthlessly. I follow ~15 sources across geopolitics, tech, markets, and culture. That's it. Everything else is noise.

2. Ask "so what?" Every story gets one question: does this affect my business, my industry, or my money? If no — skip.

3. Read the counter-take. The first headline you see is almost always framed. Find the opposing angle. The truth is usually in between.

4. Batch it. I don't check news daily. One focused session per week beats scattered daily scrolling every time.

That's what The Weekly Pulse is — the result of this system, packaged for you. The hottest stories, the sharpest takes, zero fluff.
