Youth Mental Edge (YME) is a personalized mental performance system designed for youth soccer players who struggle with pressure, confidence, emotional control, focus, or consistency in games.
This is not a generic mindset course and not weekly coaching.
It’s a structured, self-paced system that builds the person behind the player — so talent actually shows up when it matters.
What Makes YME Different
YME combines:
A lifetime-access mental performance system
A personalized roadmap built for the athlete
Monthly 1-on-1 guidance calls for the first 3 months
Athletes learn how to:
Regulate emotions after mistakes
Stay confident under pressure
Lock in focus during games
Develop discipline, resilience, and a competitive mindset
These are the skills young players are rarely taught, but constantly punished for not having.
How the Program Works
Personal Intake & Assessment
Parents and athletes complete an intake form so the system is tailored to the athlete’s age, personality, and challenges.
Lifetime Access to the YME System
Athletes follow a clear mental performance framework at their own pace — no weekly calls, no overload, no pressure.
Monthly 1-on-1 Calls (First 3 Months Only)
Used for clarity, accountability, and applying the system to real game situations.
After 3 months, athletes keep full lifetime access to the system.
