Unpopular take: productivity apps are making you LESS productive.

Notion graveyards. Habit trackers you abandon by day 9. To-do lists with 30 items and 0 done.

The tool was never the problem. Your execution system is.

I run 3 projects solo on 6 systems: Focus, Decision, Dopamine, Energy, Emotion, Structure.

No app required. Just the framework that decides WHAT you do before HOW you track it.

If you've bought 5 productivity tools and still feel scattered — the missing piece isn't tool #6.

Your system doesn't fail because you're lazy.

It fails because it was never built to survive bad days.

IronMind fixes the 6 parts that break first:

Focus · Decision · Dopamine · Energy · Emotion · Structure

No habit streaks. No motivation required.

Just a system that executes — even when you don't feel like it.

20 spots · $15 · code IRON15 (normally $25)

Atomic Habits won't make you money.

Great book. Wrong starting point.

Habits need a system to run inside.

Most people build habits. Never build the system.

That's why nothing sticks past week 2.

Use code SYSTEM — 48 hours only.

For me the system came first —

3 tasks written the night before.

Habits built themselves after that.

You'll never "feel ready." That's the trap.

The work that changes your life always feels boring or hard in the moment. Waiting to feel motivated is like waiting for rain in a desert.

Action comes first. Motivation follows. Not the other way around.

Deep Work is overrated.

Cal Newport's method works in theory.

Breaks down when you have no system before it.

Order matters more than the method.

Honest question for online earners:

How many hours did you actually work yesterday —

vs how many hours did you spend "preparing to work"?

No judgment. I used to score 2hrs real / 8hrs fake.

Productivity apps are making you less productive.

Every new tool = new decisions.

Every new system = new setup time.

The people shipping the most use the least tools.

Paper. 3 tasks. Done.

I tracked every 30 minutes of my workday for 7 days.

Day 1 results: 8 hours "working." 1.5 hours actual

revenue-generating work. The rest? Fake productivity.

The 5 things eating my real work time:

→ Telegram notifications (opened 40+ times/day)

→ Redesigning things that already worked

→ Watching "educational" content instead of shipping

→ Planning what to do instead of doing it

→ Comparison scrolling between tasks

The fix wasn't discipline. It was removing decisions.

I now write 3 tasks the night before. Morning starts

with zero thinking — just execution.

"Spent 6 hours 'working' last week. Made $0.

Tracked every 30 min — 80% was fake productivity.
