The Secure Decision is a five-week live group programme for people who understand the theory but still do not know what to do in their own relationship situation.

Across five live sessions, Alexis teaches you the structured decision-making process he uses to evaluate relationship situations. You apply that process to your own circumstances, using practical tools to separate evidence from interpretation, work out what a viable relationship would actually require, and decide what you need to do next.

This is not five weeks of taking in more relationship information. Each week, you build and use part of the process on your own situation. You can also submit questions as you work through it, with Alexis answering selected questions during the live teaching to help the group understand how to apply the framework in real situations.

By the end, you leave with your own Decision Map, practical tools for evaluating change and uncertainty, and a process you can return to whenever something shifts.
