A: Usually less than a week. We typically accepts new people when there is a major cook happening, or when our server is undergoing some huge improvements; which is the reason why we closed it for weeks this time. We want to make sure that you will definitely be cooking before we open more spots and when we accept you. We like to see happy members. It can take longer or we would decline if we don't feel like you are the right fit. Or you can also be let in right away.
