The 20-minute Sunday that ends the 5pm scramble
Most families do not fail at cooking. They fail at deciding.
By Thursday the fridge is a mix of good intentions and one sad pepper, and dinner becomes another shop, another takeaway, another round of "I don't know, what do you want?"
The fix is smaller than a new diet. It is a closed list.
Sit down once, before the week starts. Write seven dinners. Two of them can be leftovers or a meal you could cook half-asleep. Then write the groceries those meals actually need, and nothing else.
That list is the whole system. It tells you what to cook, what to buy, and what you can ignore in the aisle.
I built The Family Meal Flow because feeding people every day should not take a second unpaid job. One weekly pass. Then you cook.
