Instawritr Pro

$149

The pipeline that replaces a ghostwriter — on your machine, one-time $149

A ghostwritten novel runs $5,000-18,000 for common genres and takes months (Reedsy 2026 marketplace data). Instawritr does the same job on your own machine, once, for $149.

It is a complete publishing pipeline, not a writing assistant. A premise goes in; a synopsis, a full manuscript, a QA pass, a cover, an EPUB and a complete audiobook come out (local Kokoro TTS, no per-word cost), staged to 6 stores: Apple Books, Google Play, Kobo and Barnes and Noble for ebooks, Spotify for Authors and InAudio for audio.

Quality is measured, not promised. The QA loop scores the manuscript and rewrites the weak spots until it clears a gate that needs three things at once: 90+, zero open critical defects, and an empty revision list. A live run went 66 to 87 to 90 to 95 to 99. Books built by this pipeline are on sale in 51 Apple Books stores today — the full production record is at instawritr.com/teardown.

5,000-word short story to 120,000-word novel, same bar. A duplicate tracker stops it writing the same book twice.

Runs on your own AI keys, or fully offline via llama.cpp. No subscription, no credits, no per-book fee — and we never see your manuscripts, because nothing runs on our servers. Includes private GitHub repo access, all agents and skills, and the HARNESS.md operator manual.

Series Mode — a whole multi-book series on one canon — is exclusive to Instawritr Pro Plus.
