The Sculpt Club is your at-home training system designed to help you build a lean, strong, sculpted body using my signature Burn • Build • Define method.
This isn’t random workouts—it’s structured training that blends strength, Pilates control, and high-energy conditioning so you can feel strong, toned, and confident in your body.
Each week you’ll train across three signature styles:
BUILD – Strength-focused kettlebell workouts to build lean muscle, improve posture, and develop full-body strength. DEFINE – Pilates-inspired sculpt sessions using light weights to lengthen, tone, and refine your physique. BURN – High-energy Pilates HIIT workouts designed to elevate your heart rate, boost endurance, and burn fat while keeping movement fun and dynamic.
Every session is designed to be:
Time-efficient (30 minutes or less)
Easy to follow, but challenging to perform
Scalable for all fitness levels
Focused on results without burnout
You won’t need complicated equipment—just a kettlebell, light dumbbells, and your body.
