Both papers — reading unseen non-fiction and fiction extracts, and writing transactional and creative pieces to time. Every technique is taught with the exact wording examiners reward, so an answer stops sounding like a guess and starts sounding like a top band. Sessions run live and are recorded on request, so nothing is missed. Every programme comes with written subject notes and annotated texts to keep, and past-paper marking is available as an add-on.
