• Full power cycle test — boot to dashboard, run a game for 15+ min

• HDMI port inspection (the #1 failure point on used PS4s)

• Controller sync test

• Storage health check

For phones/iPhones:

• Battery health must be 80%+ or it gets replaced

• Activation lock verified clear

• Every button, speaker, and camera tested

• IMEI checked clean
