Most math classes teach you what to know. This one teaches you how to think when you don’t know.
Over two Saturdays, your child will work through six of the most beautiful, hardest-to-forget problems in mathematics – the kind that look impossible until you find the one idea that cracks them open. I’ll show my own thinking out loud, wrong turns included, the way I actually solve problems, not a polished version of it.
I’m Arsen, a five-time International Physics Olympiad medalist studying at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. This past summer, a family asked me to tutor their son – not for grades, but to keep his curiosity alive. A few weeks in, one problem kept him up half the night, and by morning he couldn’t wait to tell me he’d solved it himself. That’s what I’m building here, for a small group at a time.
