2. Never auto-delete. Every tool that tries to be "smart" about deleting your files loses trust the first time it's wrong. Group and suggest — let the human confirm. Always ship an undo window.

3. Gamify the cleanup. Nobody enjoys file management. But show someone "you just reclaimed 4.2GB" and suddenly it's satisfying. Framing matters more than the feature itself.
