Repair one JetFormBuilder-to-Airtable path in an existing Make.com scenario.

TinyOps Studio LLC will:

• Trace one JetFormBuilder webhook payload through Make

• Normalize field names, email casing, whitespace, phone values, arrays, and consent values as needed

• Map up to 20 fields into one existing Airtable table

• Add exact normalized-email deduplication for create-or-update routing

• Stop invalid or unmapped records before an Airtable write

• Test a new-record path, an existing-record update path, and one validation failure

• Deliver the Make blueprint or change summary, test evidence, and handoff notes

• Include one correction round for the agreed tests

Fixed scope: one form, one Make scenario, one Airtable base and table, up to 20 fields, and one normalized-email dedupe rule. Delivery is within five business days after complete intake and access.

The buyer supplies the final form fields, Airtable schema, and approved record-matching rule. Net-new forms or bases, multiple tables, historical backfills, custom plugins, and third-party fees are outside scope. Start with a redacted blueprint and payload; if live changes are needed, invite the TinyOps business email as a temporary least-privilege collaborator. Do not share secret values in the intake form. No live call is required.
