This is my highest level of support, designed for people who are serious about building real strength and making consistent progress. Instead of following a fixed program, you’ll be coached directly by me. Your training is built around your goals, your schedule, your equipment, and your current strength level, then adjusted as you progress. After joining, you’ll complete a short intake Form so I can understand your situation. I’ll build your first training phase and bring you into direct 1 to 1 coaching through WhatsApp. From there, you’ll have 24/7 access to me for questions, adjustments, and support. You can send training clips for form reviews, ask about sessions, or get advice when something doesn’t feel right. Your plan will be updated as your strength improves or your schedule changes, so progress stays consistent.
This is not a one-time plan.
It’s ongoing coaching, continuous adjustments, and direct guidance.
It’s designed for people who want faster progress, clearer direction, and the structure of having a coach in their corner.
