Welcome. Start with the next 14 days
Hello, and welcome.
You do not have to rebuild your whole family schedule every time a NICU appointment moves or an urgent update arrives. This eBook is here to help you prepare backup coverage in advance, so the rest of the week has a place to land.
This is planning support, not medical advice. It does not replace guidance from your baby’s care team.
Here is how to begin:
Open the eBook in the Course tab.
Begin the first chapter, “When the Schedule Stops Being Invisible.”
Map the next 14 days.
Record medical and family commitments together on one page.
Mark conflicts.
Separate fixed events from flexible tasks.
In week 1, complete the visible schedule and identify coverage gaps.
Your first action right now: write down every commitment in the next 14 days. Appointments, possible updates, work, transportation, sibling care, meals, and household tasks all belong on the same list.
When you have a question about using the coverage system, post it in Coverage Questions. Practical discussion is welcome there.
You do not need a perfect plan today. You need one visible page, and then the next small step.
