The deal room may include dedicated private Discord channels, opportunity-code allocation, transaction intake review, party-role mapping, document checklist, CIS/KYC tracker, NCNDA / Fee Agreement / IMFPA pathway, POF/POP readiness checklist, current-stage tracking, required next actions, and controlled access for approved participants.
